Abstract：This paper describes the inflammatory factors and blood biochemical indexes that have an impact on in-stent restenosis(ISR). First, the mechanism of ISR is briefly reviewed. On the basis of the above, we summarize the latest progress in the study of inflammatory factors affecting ISR, and review the research on blood biochemical indexes affecting ISR. Up to now, no review has been made on the influence of blood biochemical indexes on ISR. Finally, we discuss the pathological significance of the inflammatory factors in ISR, and the clinical value of practical and predictive efficacy of blood biochemical indexes for ISR.
