Abstract Dynamic contrast enhancement magnetic resonance imaging(DCE-MRI) has received more and more attention in clinical and scientific work, as a new technology of MRI. This new technology makes a breakthrough of the limitation of traditional MRI which just focuses on morphologies of lesions, and analyses microscopic conditions of lesions with quantitative analysis or semi quantitative analysis and with the application of corresponding pharmacokinetics model, and provide more comprehensive diagnosis messages. With the progress of the research, DCE-MRI will make more contribution to clinical and scientific work.
