Abstract CT perfusion(CTP) imaging after computer post-processing can show morphological changes and help us analyze functional changes. It brings a new way for the diagnosis of subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH). CTP imaging with the help of the specific changes of different parameters have a positive effect on the diagnosis of CVS, the prediction of DCI, efficacy monitoring and clinical treatment decisions.
