Abstract Objective: To define the role of interventional treatment in hepatic artery complications after liver transplantation. Methods: Of the 450 patients after liver transplantation, 36 cases with hepatic artery complications were encountered, and interventional treatment was performed in 34 of those patients. Results: Thirty-two cases of hepatic artery complications were successfully treated. There were no procedure-related complications. Conclusion: Interventional treatment is valuable in the detection and management for hepatic artery complications after liver transplantation.
