Abstract Objective: To study the feasibility and clinical value of spatio-temporal image correlation(STIC) technique in fetal heart examination using ultrasound. Methods: Acquire heart volumes using 4D ultrasonography with STIC at the level of the four-chamber view in 30 normal fetuses between 20 and 34 weeks of gestation, then analyze the data offline. Results: After using multi-planner mode to process the datasets, all target cardiac planes were acquired in 26 volumes, and some target cardic planes didn’t display in the other 4 cases. Conclusion: Comparing with traditional echocardiography, STIC has some advantages, and it is an accessible and reproducible methodology for clinical application.
