摘要 目的:探讨实时三平面应变率成像(SRI)评价心房纤颤(AF)患者左心房局部心肌功能的临床价值。方法:选取阵发性AF患者 35例、持续性AF患者 47例和健康志愿者33例,应用实时三平面SRI测算左心房侧壁、房间隔、前壁、下壁和后壁心肌收缩期、舒张早期和心房收缩期峰值应变率。结果:平均左心房心肌收缩期峰值应变率和舒张早期峰值应变率在健康志愿者、阵发性AF患者和持续性AF患者逐渐减小(P<0.05,0.01)。结论:实时三平面SRI对AF左心房功能的估测具有重要应用价值。

AbstractObjective: To evaluate the alteration of left atrial function in patients with atrial fibrillation using real-time triplane strain rate imaging and to investigate its clinical significance. Methods: Thirty-five patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, 47 patients with persistent atrial fibrillation and 33 healthy volunteers were enrolled. Systolic peak strain rate, early diastolic peak strain rate and late diastolic peak strain rate were measured in different left atrial walls using real-time triplane strain rate imaging. Results: There was a significantly step-down change among control group, paroxysmal atrial fibrillation group and persistent atrial fibrillation group in mean systolic peak strain rate and mean early diastolic peak strain rate(P<0.05 or 0.01). Conclusions: Real-time triplane strain rate imaging is able to assess left atrial dysfunction due to atrial fibrillation.
