Abstract:Objective: To explore the diagnostic value of contrast enhanced ultrasound(CEUS) in focal liver lesion. Methods: SonoVue was injected in 149 patients with focal liver lesion, and the technique of CEUS was performed. The enhancement features were observed. Results: 149 cases with focal liver lesion were detected. Malignant focal liver lesions had characteristic contrast pattern, and were easy to be diagnosed. However the benign focal liver lesions had no characteristic contrast pattern except some diseases, such as hemangiomas and FNH. Conclusions: Contrast enhanced ultrasound has high value in diagnosing focal liver lesion, especially in differentiating malignant or benign focal liver lesions.
