Abstract:Objective: To explore the application value of MRI in the diagnosis of the deformity of female reproductive system. Methods: The clinical and MRI data of 37 cases of the deformity of female reproductive system were analyzed retrospectively to explore the reasonable use of multiple scan sequences and orientation to accurately show the deformity of female reproductive system. Results: Both T2WI and T2WI-FS were the best sequences to show the deformity of female reproductive system. Combined with individualized scan orientation, various deformities of female reproductive system could be displayed clearly and intuitively. Among the 37 cases of deformities, 27 cases had uterine malformations and 10 cases had genital malformations, and the mediastinal uterine malformations were the most common, which accounted for 35.1%(13/37). There were uterine malformations combined with other lesions in 6 cases. Conclusion: According to the specific types of reproductive system deformity, it is of great significance to use the individualized scanning program for the display and diagnosis of the deformity of female reproductive system.
