摘要目的:比较青春期和成年多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者卵巢体积和卵泡数目的异同。方法:应用Toshiba Sonolayer SSA-220A型超声6.0MHz阴道探头对85例青春期PCOS患者和273例成年PCOS患者进行双侧卵巢经直肠或经阴道B超检查并计算卵巢体积和计数卵泡数目,采用t检验比较两组平均卵巢体积(MOV)、双侧较大卵巢体积(MaxOV)和平均卵泡数目(MFN)。结果:青春期和成年多囊卵巢综合征患者的平均卵巢体积、双侧较大卵巢体积和平均卵泡数目分别是(9.33±3.87)cm3 vs (10.00±4.97)cm3,P=0.83;(11.04±4.82)cm3 vs (11.89±7.42)cm3,P=0.86;(12.93±2.90)个vs(13.60±2.99)个,P=0.36。结论:青春期和成年多囊卵巢综合征患者卵巢体积和卵泡数目相比没有差异。
Abstract:Objective: To compare ultrasonographic data(ovarian volume and follicle number) of adolescent and adult patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS). Methods: 358 PCOS patients(85 adolescents and 273 adults) were involved in this study. They underwent transrectal or transviginal ultrasound during the early follicular phase(dominant follicle excluded by ultrasonography) with a Toshiba Sonolayer SSA-220A(Toshiba, Tokyo, Japan) real-time sonography fitted with a mechanical 6MHz probe. Ovarian volume was calculated using the simplified fomula: 0.5×length×width×thichness and follicle number of bilateral ovaries were counted, t test was used for statistical analysis. Results: Compare adolescent PCOS group with adult PCOS group, the mean ovarian volume(MOV) and maximal ovarian volume(MaxOV) and mean follicle number(MFN) were (9.33±3.87)cm3 versus (10.00±4.97)cm3, P=0.83; (11.04±4.82)cm3 versus (11.89±7.42)cm3, P=0.86; (12.93±2.90) versus (13.60±2.99), P=0.36 respectively. Conclusion: Ovarian volume and follicle number by ultrasonic inspection between adolescent and adult patients with PCOS showed no difference.
