Abstract:Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of VEGF-C and CD147 and MSCT in peripheral lung squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma. Methods: Forty-two cases of peripheral lung squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma were collected, which were confirmed by pathology and MSCT scan before operation. The expression of CD147 and VEGF-C were detected by immunohistochemistry PV, and analyze the correlation between the expression of CT and CD147 and VEGF-C. Results: The expression of VEGF-C and CD147 was positively correlated with the tumor size, deep sub leaf sign, the protrusion of the spine and the mediastinal lymph nodes in the hilar and mediastinal lymph nodes. In addition, CD147 was positievely correlated with the disappearance of the extrapleural fat lines; VEGF-C was positively correlated with vascular bundle sign. Conclusion: CD147, VEGF-C expression were positively correlated with the tumor size, depth lobulation, spinous protuberance and hilar and mediastinal lymph nodes, which could improve the understanding of molecular mechanism on the formation of peripheral pulmonary squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma of the CT signs.
