Abstract:Objective: To study the diagnostic value of high frequency ultrasound in inflammatory breast cancer patients. Methods: The clinical data of 16 cases of inflammatory breast cancer confirmed by surgical pathology were retrospectively analyzed, in which the clinical symptoms, ultrasonographic characteristics and pathologic types were summaried. Results: The clinical manifestations of 16 cases of inflammatory breast cancer were with lateral breast erysipelas sample red and swollen, irregular mass, which could be touched. One case was misdiagnosed as acute mastitis, there was no obvious improvement after treatment, afterwards by the puncture biopsy pathology it was diagnosed as inflammatory breast cancer. Fifteen cases were diagnosed by high frequency ultrasound.
