Abstract:Objective: To investigate the parameters obtained with 320 CT perfusion imaging in cervical cancer and the clinical application. Methods: Thirty-six cases of cervical cancer patients were scanned with Aquilion ONE 320 CT, including 16 cases of stage Ⅰ~Ⅱ cervical cancer and 20 cases of stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ cervical cancer. Fifteen cases of parametrial normal tissues were considered as a control group. Time-density curves(TDC), as well as perfusion parameters, including blood flow(BF), blood volume(BV) and permeability surface(PS) were post-processed by perfusion CT software package. Results: BF, BV and PS were higher in the stage Ⅰ~Ⅱ and Ⅲ~Ⅳ cervical cancer groups than those in the parametrial normal control group; BF, BV and PS were higher in the stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ group than those in the Ⅰ~Ⅱ stage cervical cancer group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Perfusion parameters enhanced with the increase of the tumor stage. Conclusions: 320 CT perfusion imaging in cervical cancer provides a new method to reliably demonstrate the parameters of perfusion imaging and internal perfusion, thus, it is clinically significant for tumor staging, prognosis and evaluation of tumor therapy.
