Abstract:Ultrasound is the preferred imaging method for screening fetal structural abnormalities and assessing fetal growth and development, and plays an important role in reducing the rate of birth defects. In recent years, fetal ultrasound medicine has developed very rapidly. The prenatal ultrasound guidelines have been continuously updated and refined. The Chinese fetal ultrasound examination specifications are also in line with international standards. The application of new technologies such as 3D/4D helps to diagnose the diseases. The development of artificial intelligence helps to simplify fetal ultrasound scanning and promote the training of primary doctors. With the precision of prenatal diagnosis, multidisciplinary collaboration will become increasingly important.
