Abstract:Objective: To discuss the character and value of CT perfusion imaging in primary hepatocellular carcinoma with multislice helical CT. Methods: The parameters of 16 primary hepatocellular carcinoma focus confirmed by clinic were analyzed. Results: In CT perfusion images the boundary of tumors displayed more clearly. And the average parameter value of BF, BV, HAP in center focus is higher than the edge, but MTT was shorter and PS was a little lower than at the edge. Conclusion: CT perfusion imaging has significant value in diagnosing, inspecting curative effect and recrudescence of primary hepatocellular carcinoma.
