Abstract:Objective: To summarize the MSCT features of 105 cases of thyroid nodules and the correlation with pathology, and to explore the CT signs of benign and malignant thyroid nodules. Methods: The CT features of 105 cases of thyroid nodules(220 nodules) were analyzed retrospectively including density of nodules, cystic formation, degree of enhancement, margin of nodules, and correlated to pathology. Results: Compared with pathology, the CT features of sand-like calcification, cystic formation, and degree of enhancement had statistical significance in the differentiation between benign and malignant lesions(P<0.05). The CT features of density and number of nodules had no statistical significance in the differentiation between benign and malignant thyroid nodules(P>0.05). Conclusion: There is important value of MSCT in the differentiation of the nature of thyroid nodules.
