Abstract:Abstract: Objective: To describe the normal anatomy and imaging findings of adult Lisfranc ligament, and to provide the basis for clinical. Methods: Eighteen adult cadaver specimens were dissected, the isolated Lisfranc ligaments were measured, and the detailed morphological parameters of Lisfranc ligament were obtained to determine the course of Lisfranc ligament. At the same time, 50 feet of 25 adult volunteers without deformity, trauma and other diseases were scanned by Philps Achieva 1.5T dual gradient superconducting magnetic resonance imaging device, and the imaging data of Lisfranc ligament were obtained. The detailed parameters of the Lisfranc ligament imaging findings were measured by the measuring software. The data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 17.0. Result: The length, width and thickness of the Lisfranc ligament and the distance from the starting point to the articular surface of the proximal medial cuneiform of anatomy and imageology had significant difference(P<0.05). The angle of Lisfranc ligament and proximal medial cuneiform showed no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion: The anatomy and MRI findings of normal adult Lisfranc ligaments are not completely consistent, imaging examination for auxiliary examination, and anatomical measurement is the gold standard for determining the distribution and morphology of the normal adult Lisfranc ligament.
